Mega-Marker

Permanent and rapid dot peen marking on metals and plastics is no problem with the Mega-Marker dot peen marker. After a short training period, the Mega-Marker can quickly and precisely mark logos, graphics, text, numbers, DataMatrix codes, sequential numbering, and circular text. Thanks to its pneumatic connection, the Mega-Marker can achieve very deep markings, making it ideal for parts that will be coated or painted after marking. When used with special diamond needles, the Mega-Marker can even create deep markings on hard metals. Additionally, the Mega-Marker is suitable for marking uneven workpieces: its pneumatically driven, oscillating needle can compensate for height differences of up to 10 mm.

The marking head can also be integrated into existing production lines and systems. The Mega-Marker impresses with its durability and compact dimensions. Optional accessories complement the Schilling portfolio: With rotary axes and other options, the Mega-Marker can be tailored to meet individual marking requirements at any time. Special software solutions enable the Mega-Marker to be connected to existing databases (e.g., ERP systems) and industrial plants.
