Giga Marker

Pin marking of logos, graphics, texts, numbers, codes, serial numbering, and circular text in exceptional quality: No problem with the new Giga-Marker from Schilling. The special feature of the Giga-Marker is its large marking area of 200 x 200 mm. This allows even large workpieces to be quickly and high-quality marked in one pass. The pneumatic connection enables very deep markings, so that pin markings made with the Giga-Marker remain visible even after anodizing or painting. With diamond needles, the Giga-Marker can even mark hardened metals.

Uneven surfaces are also no problem for the Giga-Marker: Thanks to the pneumatically driven, oscillating needle, the Giga-Marker can compensate for height differences of up to 10 mm.

If manual marking is not desired, the Giga-Marker head can also be integrated into production lines or work with robots. Connecting to existing databases is also possible with the Any-Marker software if needed. Integration of the marking head into existing production lines and systems is also possible.
