For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

• To be able to contact you to answer questions or provide information about the services/products to be delivered. This is done solely at your request as the requester.

• When an agreement is established between you and the company managing this website, they need your data to perform administrative tasks such as invoicing or tasks required by the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration or in accordance with tax law.

How long we retain personal data

We retain data as long as you are a customer of our organization and as long as they are necessary for good service provision.

For example, data is necessary for invoicing and to contact you in case of questions. After termination of your agreement, data is retained as long as necessary in accordance with the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration/tax law.
