Schilling Multi-Light marking laser

The new Schilling Multi-Light marking laser is a compact tabletop laser made in Germany. It combines top quality and safety with an affordable price. Complete 20 watt fiber laser systems for laser marking are available starting from €16,990.

The Multi-Light is suitable for fast and professional marking of small to large quantities of products. It is available in various power classes from 20 to 50 watts and can optionally be equipped with MOPA technology. The delivery includes the laser source (20, 30, 50 watt fiber laser or 20, 30 watt MOPA fiber laser), a modern protective enclosure, an automatic Z-axis with bellows, a large holed plate, and the PC marking software EZCAD.

The Multi-Light has a standard marking area of 110 x 110 mm, but can be equipped with a larger marking area if necessary. The EZCAD software is intuitive to use and allows for marking logos, graphics, texts, numbers, codes such as DataMatrix and barcodes, consecutive numbering, and circular inscriptions. An Excel link is also included as standard. The Multi-Light can be expanded with a rotary axis, allowing for laser marking on round parts over 360°.

For an additional cost, the Multi-Light can be delivered in the Pro version, which includes an improved scanhead, a better control card, and the AnyMarker Designer software. This allows the laser to communicate with databases and other machines, which is useful, for example, if you want to control the laser with a robot in the future.
