Schilling Signomat S 100

The marking device S100 is especially ideal for very large quantities and for marking aluminum. For marking large quantities, the S100 can be extended with a pneumatic system. For marking large areas, the marking time of the S100 can be set to infinite. In the sweeping process, the stencil can be slowly moved with the marking stamp, allowing even very large areas to be marked in a nice, dark color.

Additionally, the S100 is ideal for the electrolytic marking of non-ferrous metals and surface-treated parts (e.g., blued parts), as the S100 allows for various marking voltages (12 / 18 / 24 volts) to be set. The set marking voltage is always displayed on the digital, illuminated display. Furthermore, the display shows the type of marking (light / dark) and the marking time.

An acoustic signal indicates the end of the marking process. The marking process of the S100 can be started using a footswitch included in the delivery.
