Schilling Signomat S 1000

The Signomat S1000 marking device is particularly ideal for very large markings and densely filled marking areas. The Signomat S1000 reliably and with high contrast marks all electrically conductive surfaces. After a very short familiarization period, logos, graphics, text, numbers, DataMatrix codes, and circular text can be marked quickly and precisely with the Signomat S1000 marking device.

The marking is started using the supplied foot switch. In the sweeping process, the stencil is then slowly moved with the marking stamp. This allows very large and densely filled areas to be marked beautifully dark. The material is not damaged, and it does not deform, as can sometimes occur with laser marking, for example. Additionally, with the S1000, large direct markings that would otherwise only be printed can be implemented relatively quickly. And all this in a unique darkness without the need for applying any color.

The Signomat S1000 is therefore optimal for large metal surfaces that are intended to be permanently marked dark. The large marking templates required for the S1000 are, of course, also available from us. Additionally, we offer special cooling stamps that can achieve even better marking results.
