Schilling Labeling Laser Multi-Light PLUS

The new Schilling Labeling Laser Multi-Light PLUS is a portal system with an electric lifting door. This modern laser engraving machine features an automatic, software-controlled X and Z axis, allowing it to cover an engraving area of up to 585 x 175 mm. The laser safety enclosure is very spacious in terms of the size of the parts, allowing parts up to 881 mm wide and 340 mm deep to be engraved. The integrated perforated plate facilitates the correct positioning of the parts. The Multi-Light PLUS is suitable for fast, professional laser marking of small to large quantities. It can be equipped with various laser sources with powers ranging from 20 to 50 watts. The Labeling Laser Multi-Light Plus can also be combined with MOPA laser sources. The desired laser source, a protective enclosure with an automatic lifting door, the automatic X and Z axes, a large perforated plate, and the EZCAD3 labeling software are included in the delivery. The Labeling Laser Multi-Light PLUS has a standard marking area of 520 x 110 mm. If necessary, it can also be used with a larger lens for a larger marking area under suitable conditions. The EZCAD3 labeling software is easy to use. It allows for marking of images, text and numbers, logos, DataMatrix and barcodes, serial numbering, and circular inscriptions. An Excel link is also included as standard. The Multi-Light PLUS can be expanded with a rotary axis, allowing round parts to be engraved 360°. For an additional charge, the Labeling Laser Multi-Light PLUS can be delivered in the Pro version. The Pro version includes a better scan head, a better control card, and our AnyMarker Designer software. AnyMarker Designer makes file creation even easier and more convenient than EZCAD3. Additionally, AnyMarker Designer can communicate with other machines and databases, preparing the Labeling Laser Multi-Light Plus in advance for automation.
