eMega-Marker

The eMega-Marker dot peen marker makes it easy to engrave metal. However, other materials, such as plastics, can also be marked with the eMega-Marker. Only a power connection with mains voltage is needed for marking with the eMega-Marker, allowing for flexible use even if no compressed air connection is available.

With the eMega-Marker, you can mark logos, graphics, text, sequential numbers, DataMatrix codes, and much more. The operation of the eMega-Marker dot peen marker is particularly simple: the files to be marked can be selected via the included Schillmarker software or an optionally available display. In combination with the display, the eMega-Marker can also be operated independently of a PC.

A wide range of accessories is available for the eMega-Marker, allowing it to quickly adapt to changing marking requirements. For example, rotary axes, special fixtures, and feeders are available for the eMega-Marker.

If needed, the eMega-Marker can also be connected to existing company databases. This way, it automatically retrieves the marking data from the company database. Additionally, saving the markings (e.g., for part traceability) or transmitting the marking data to other locations is fully automated.
