Nanovis HC-1000

The manual cleaning system NANOVIS HC-1000 was implemented complementary to our automatic cleaning systems NANOCLEANER as a universally usable and environmental friendly cleaning solution for the lower budget. It allows you to remove UV-curing and solvent based inks fast and easily with the flow-through brush. For particularly stubborn inks it is possible to prepare the parts to be cleaned in the soaking bay.

The detergent, used in the HC-1000, is non-volatile (VOC-free) and completely recyclable. So, due to the integrated recycling system it NEVER needs to be replaced. This saves time, reduces consumable costs as well as disposal costs, and also protects people and the environment.

ue to the low emissions no air extraction is required and the system can be installed in any location without special protective measures. Operation and maintenance of the system are straightforward and thus keep your operating costs low.
