Servicing & remote maintenance for your machines:

Teca-Print machines

We offer you the possibility of minor, major or full-scale maintenance.
To ensure peak performance for our pad printing machine we offer full-scale service and maintenance. Depending on the degree of use the maintenance should be carried out every two to three years. You can determine the extent of service yourself.
The maintenance should be done at our factory. This way we can guarantee total service. After checking your machine completely our experts will prepare a quotation with their recommendations.
You are requested to make an appointment in advance for the servicing.

Service request document:
For our Teca-Print customers there is a service request document available.
You have the opportunity to send us specific information about a service requirement. In this way, we can not only get back to you in a short time, but the feedback can then already be given by the employee who is perfect for the specific problem.

Remote maintenance:
Particularly with complex machines and systems, we recommend that you consider the possibility of remote maintenance when purchasing the machine/system. The machine/system is then prepared in terms of software and hardware for later intervention via remote maintenance. Without this preparation, remote maintenance is not possible.
Only the actual working time for remote maintenance is charged at our service rates valid at the time of service.


Schilling machines:

The flawless functionality of your Schilling machines is important to us. Our service therefor does not end with the purchase of a machine, but we accompany our customers throughout the entire product life cycle with individual and comprehensive service offers. Through specially qualified personnel, cost-effective conversions and modernizations, repairs and preventive maintenance are carried out in the Schilling Service Center. If required, our customers have a rental equipment service at their disposal at any time. We also offer an on-site service.

Your Schilling machine is defect? Just send it to the Schilling Service Center or Mevotex. For a comfortable and fast handling of your repair, fill out our repair order form, attach it to the goods and send everything to the Schilling Service Center or Mevotex. We guarantee shortest repair times and the use of high quality original Schilling spare parts. If our fast repair service is still not enough for you, we will be happy to provide you with a cost-effective rental device on request.
